"U" Style Frames accept three types of companion insert molds - the standard style, T-style and the newly designed slotted insert mold (as seen below).  These can be ordered in any thickness in which frame and insert stack height do not exceed the minimum or maximum shut height of the machine.  The frame's open design permits installation of water lines or hydraulic cylinders on any side of the insert mold.  Options include insulation boards, master ejector plates and master ejector plates with interlocking rails.

We offer a wide range of sizes to fit your injection molding needs.  There are 30 different "U" style frame sizes.  The smallest one is our 05/05 UF 321, which holds two different insert size insert molds (3.25 x 3.75 and 4.0 x 4.7).  The largest size is our 18/26 UF 321, which also holds two different size insert molds (12.0 x 23.9 and 17.9 x 23.9).  We are also willing to quote any custom work you may require.

	T-Style Insert Mold Offers maximum projected mold area and are available in laminated or solid construction including three and four plate construction.
	Standard Laminated Insert Mold These insert molds are recommended when the additional width of the T-style is not required.
	Standard Solid Insert Mold This is a the newly designed MUD solid insert mold.  Available for "U" style frames only.  This insert maintains maximum width, allows greater wall thickness on pockets, and it gives you more surface when clamping in a vise for machining.
